GOswim Australia – Trip to Gold Coast Swimming Event Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions 

Conditions of Entry – Trip to Gold Coast Swimming Event 

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.  
2. Entry is open to any person residing in Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 October 2025. (“Promotional Period”).  
4. The competition will be promoted on the GOswim Australia website (www.goswimaustralia.com.au) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/goswimaustralia) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/goswim_australia/) page. 
5. This competition is a game of chance. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, be an active financial member of the GOswim Swimming & Water Safety Program or a general Health Club or Aquatic member at a participating Belgravia Leisure aquatic centre, and visit the Promoter’s website to complete the referral form by entering the details of a friend or family member. The referred contact must be deemed as a qualified lead by verification of email or mobile number, for the referral to be deemed as an entry. One qualified lead counts as one entry for the referrer. 
6. Maximum of five entries per person (referrer). 
7. Competition entrants (referrers) must be current members, active and financial at time of prize draw, specified further below. 
8. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet or contacting the GOswim location to facilitate enrolment. 
9. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta) or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). 
10. The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEST on Friday 7 November 2025 at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 18118940063), 20 Longstaff Road Bayswater Victoria, 3153 Australia. 
11. The winners will be notified in writing (email) and/or phone within three (3) working days of the draw date, the winners have five (5) working days to claim prize and their name and locality will be published on the participating venue social channels and the GOswim Australia Facebook page and Instagram page by 21 November 2025. 
12. If a winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days, a redraw will take place. 
13. Prize: one (1) winner will receive a prize package valued up to $3,000 AUD. Prize includes swimming event tickets to see athletes from the Australian Dolphins Swim Team compete live at Gold Coast Aquatic Centre in 2026, plus a travel package to facilitate flights and accommodation to the Gold Coast. 
14. Travel will be organised by a third-party travel agent. Prize winner will be required to confirm travel party directly with the travel agent. Travel must be booked by 31 December 2025. 
15.  Travel package intended to include air travel from nearest airport and accommodation to a maximum value of $2,600 AUD. Upgrades and/or additional family members may incur an additional fee at the prize winner’s expense.  
16. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to Terms and Conditions of Belgravia Leisure and GOswim Australia. 
17. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to receive marketing communication from GOswim Australia and the enrolled GOswim venue.
